Return and exchange period:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

Reasons for return or exchange:

  1. A return and exchange is possible if the item has a manufacturing defect or damage.
  2. We DON’T exchange and refund if size don’t suits

 

    Return and exchange conditions:

    1. The item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
    2. Items with any signs of wear, dirt, or damage cannot be returned or exchanged.
    3. All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by the store.

     

    Shipping costs:

    1. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges (unless the item is defective).


    Exchange process:

    1. Before sending an exchange request, please contact us and provide photos of the item.
    2. After approval, we will provide the return address.
    3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the new size to you.
    4. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue store credit.
